'Learn, Grow and Achieve Together Through God's Love'
We have set up a 'Home Learning' page under the 'Key Information' tab. This will provide more information for you about how to access a quality education for your children at home. Please remember to check your child's class page under the 'Children' tab for regular updates from your classteacher. Please collect a paper pack if you cannot access technology. If you would like more information please phone the DFE coronavirus helpline 0800 046 8687 or visit the full government guidance at:https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-to-educational-settings-about-covid-19/guidance-to-educational-settings-about-covid-19
Thank you for your tremendous support and understanding in this matter, if anything positive can come out of this then it is the wonderful community spirit and offers of help that have been overwhelming.
Well, we have reached the end of the week! Today is Art Day… I hope that you are feeling creative!
This week I would like you to have a go at looking for colours in nature. How many different shades of green, for example, can you spot on your daily walk outside? Can you take photographs as you walk around?
When you get home, have a look at your photographs and see if you can recreate your favourite picture using whatever materials you have available at home. You might decide to make a 3-D tree using an empty cardboard tube for the trunk. You might want to make wavy grass by cutting a fringe into some paper. You may even decide to do some rubbings of leaves or bark.
Enjoy, be creative and I’ll be back again with more learning updates next week!
Have a lovely weekend,
