'Learn, Grow and Achieve Together Through God's Love'

We have set up a 'Home Learning' page under the 'Key Information' tab.  This will provide more information for you about how to access a quality education  for your children at home.  Please remember to check your child's class page under the 'Children' tab for regular updates from your classteacher.  Please collect a paper pack if you cannot access technology.  If you would like more information please phone the DFE coronavirus helpline 0800 046 8687 or visit the full government guidance at:

Thank you for your tremendous support and understanding in this matter, if anything positive can come out of this then it is the wonderful community spirit and offers of help that have been overwhelming.

Learn, Grow and Achieve Together through God's love

Monday 30th March

Hello Reception!

I've been in school today and we enjoyed our iPad Maths activities from NumBots this morning. I hope that you have been enjoying your NumBots App and also your second week of activities from the Robin Hod MAT. If you are unsure of how to access these, please go back to the main 'Home Learning' section of the Reception Class Page and you will find the link there.

This afternoon,  we created our own Easter Egg designs. You could create your own at home by drawing a large Easter Egg shape and decorating this in your own way; whether it be collage, felt tips, sequins, chalk, paint or crayons- the choice is yours. You could even collage or design some smaller Easter Egg shapes and create a wreath by arranging them in a circular shape.

I noticed some lovely photographs of your home learning last week- thank you for sending them in. It would be great to see some more this week- please send them to photos@st-stephens-pri.lancs.sch.uk and I’ll add them to the Home Learning section of the website for everyone to see.

I'll add a new Maths activity into tomorrow's update. Have a lovely evening everyone!

Take care,

Mrs. Powell
