Hi, what a wet weekend!  I don't think my dog (Murphy) has been dry at all either Saturday or Sunday.  I hope you managed to dodge the rain and get some exercise.

The project this week is about - famous / significant people. If you think back to the beginning of the Spring Term we have already done some work on this topic when we looked at explorers.  Can you remember anything about Ibn Battuta, Christopher Columbus or Neil Armstrong?  My favourite project this week is 'Intriguing Inventions'.

 

Wonderful Writing

This week I would like you to do a piece of descriptive writing about the weather.  Think back to last week and how hot it was and then how the weather changed.  Remember to use your senses to help you with your writing.  Take time to discuss with your family good choices of vocabulary.
