The theme is 'Celebrations'.

We hope that you enjoy the fun activities that are mentioned. We really like the create a celebration book with your family idea. We also like the idea of making a birthday card for the next person in your family to have a birthday.

Don't forget that there are some lovely activities in the TTS key Stage 1  file below.

Friday 22nd May

Phew, we have made it! The last day of this very strange half term.  Don't forget to try and use the four different sentence types in your 'Wonderful Writing' task.  I hope you have a lovely holiday and the weather continues to be kind to us.  smiley

Thursday 21st May

Buenos días.  Only two days to go to the holiday!  Were you hot yesterday?  We were in school.  Your classmates spent a lot of time in the shade yesterday afternoon creating a fairy world.  Please don't forget TT Rock Stars and Sumdog.

Tuesday 19th / Wednesday 20th May - Guten tag. I hope you are all well. A big shout out to Eleanor for sending in some pictures of her work, it looks great.  I must admit I was feeling a little down and the pictures really cheered me up. Enjoy the sun but make sure you put some cream on, it is meant to be quite warm and strong.

Wonderful Writing

This week we would like you to write about a celebration event. It might be: Easter, a christening, a birthday, Christmas, a wedding, Harvest or Pancake Day (there are lots more).  It is your choice.  Discuss during the week.  remember to thing carefully about the order of things throughout the day.
