Hi Year 3! I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine today. I am in school today adding some things to our classroom, so sorry for the last message.

I’ve received some lovely photos from Hannah and Zak- thank you very much! Hannah, I love your May goals and hope you are enjoying Order of the Phoenix and Zak what amazing activities you have been doing- excellent job!

Remember you can send your photos to photos@st-stephens-pri.lancs.sch.uk. 😊

Good morning Year 3! The sun is back! Your daily exercise will be much nicer in the warm sunshine than in the cold and rain we've had the past couple of days.

As you probably know it is the 75th anniversary of VE Day on Friday. I have attached a lovely activity booklet for you to try, if you would like to. I've also added a booklet of wartime recipes. If your parents have some of the ingredients at home and you have a little time it would be a lovely activity to try and make one of the recipes.

Don't forget to logon to TTRS today!

Smiles,

Miss Hindle

Hi Year 3! I hope you are enjoying your learning project this week. Aren't the flowers that James made with Mrs Townend lovely? I can't wait to see how his plants grow- fingers crossed the sun comes back out to help them. Remember that plants need light to help them grow. Speaking of light Mrs Pate has found us a science project all to do with light. I have attached the PowerPoint below for you to work through, if you would like to.

Keep sending in your photos and keep safe and healthy.

Happy learning,

Miss Hindle x

Monday 4th May 2020

Good morning Year 3 and welcome to a new week. I hope you all had a lovely weekend. It looks like the weather might be a little nicer today!

Yesterday I ran my fastest ever 10km. I've nearly met my May running goal. Just 30 more seconds faster and I'll have done it. I hope you are getting on well with your May goals.

As promised I've uploaded some of pictures of my guinea pigs. They are called Porky and Pig! Do you have any pets? I would love to see pictures of them and your Home Learning. Remember just email them to photos@st-stephens-pri.lancs.sch.uk. Thank you to Willow and Hannah who sent in some of their Home Learning for us to see. What an amazing job girls! I hope to see some more people sending in their learning soon.

I have changed the TTRS to included the 4 times tables now. You are doing really well with the 2, 3, 5, and 10 times tables! Attached in the Week 5 Home Learning. It's another great week!

Happy learning!

Miss Hindle x
