What a fabulous week we have had in school! This week in Maths, we have been concentrating on our 3 times tables and we are doing so well. In English, we have been working on our own fables, based on 'The Tortoise and the Hare'. We have created our own characters and have been using some amazing adjectives and adverbs to really be able to describe them. In Geography, we have continued to study Blackpool. We have also been learning how to say some colours in French! In Design and Technology, in the build-up to making our very own Lancashire Hotpot later in the term, we have been looking at the ingredients needed to make one and finding out all about where they come from and the best times of the year to get them. In addition to this, we did some brilliant drama about resolving conflict and disagreements in PSHE. Excitingly, we have also started to practise (in a COVID-safe way) our Christmas song. We can't wait to show it to you!
